Lowcountry Boil Slow Cooker Seasoning
Sweet brown sugar and tangy mustard meet savory garlic, spices, and a hint of heat in this coastal-inspired blend. Bright, bold, and full of flavor, it creates a perfectly balanced slow-cooked dish with that signature Southern kick.

 

Ingredients:

dark brown sugar, dry mustard, mustard seeds, vinegar, apple juice powder, tomato powder, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, cayenne, Worcestershire powder (maltodextrin, vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel color, garlic, sugar, spices, celery seed, tamarind, sulfates)

Directions:

Coat 2 lbs roast or pork loin with seasoning and press into meat.  Place meat in slow cooker with 1 cup broth.  Cook on low for 8 hours.
